Modern and Sustainable Aquaculture (RAS & Biofloc)
Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS)
Our Recirculating Aquaculture System continuously circulates and treats water through filtration and aeration. Water quality, oxygen, feeding, fish health, and growth are regularly monitored. This controlled environment provides greater oversight and traceability throughout the farming cycle. Eligible varieties are harvested according to confirmed orders wherever possible. Fish are then promptly transferred to our farm-level processing unit.
Biofloc Technology (BFT) Aquaculture
Our Biofloc Technology system uses beneficial microorganisms to help manage nutrients within the culture water. Continuous aeration, feeding, water conditions, fish health, and growth are carefully monitored. The system supports efficient resource use and managed fish production. Harvesting is planned according to fish readiness, confirmed orders, and production schedules. This provides better traceability from farming to processing.
Selected Traditional Farms
We source additional freshwater varieties from carefully selected traditional aquaculture farms. Our selection considers fish condition, harvesting practices, freshness, handling, and transportation. Every received batch is inspected before being accepted for processing. Availability may vary according to species, season, fish size, harvest schedule, and quality. Products that do not meet our acceptance standards are rejected.
Ocean & Marine Sourcing
Our marine fish and seafood are obtained through trusted coastal suppliers and established fishing channels. Products are handled and transported under suitable chilled conditions wherever applicable. Each batch is inspected for freshness, appearance, firmness, natural odour, and overall condition. Availability depends on the season, weather, catch, species, size, and quality. Only products meeting our acceptance standards proceed to processing.
